All bookings include a generous amount of telephone and e-mail consultation time to help with music selections. In person consultations are available for $50.
For weddings, we recommend a prelude of 30 minutes while guests arrive, for setting an elegant ambiance.
To reserve musicians, please telephone or Email to confirm availability. A contract will be sent to you. A 50% deposit is required at time of contract. Balance is due one week prior to the date of the event. You are booked when I receive the signed contract.
All church services except weddings are discounted and do not require a deposit.
Clients do not pay for set-up time.
Travel Fees - per musician's union recommendation 36 cents per mile per musician outside of a 20 mile radius from downtown Portland.
